“This was a wonderful experience, having my dog groomed here! The atmosphere is so calm with all the dogs finding a spot either in the window seat on puffy dog beds or just hanging out. Never seen anything like it. I took my baby poodle there and besides coming out Perfectly beautiful, She was spunky and very proud of herself! “Today was our first time bringing our little guy to Best In Show Grooming and it was incredible! To start, scheduling an appointment was an absolute breeze. I left a message, and within hours, someone (I assume the owner) got back to me and was able to fit me in less than a week. I needed a last-minute appointment, and they were so accommodating. I was nervous to try a new groomer because I had been bringing Ollie to the same place for years before we moved. However, I was looking for somewhere closer to home, so I decided to give Best in Show Grooming a try. We loved our previous groomer -- so the expectations were high! From the moment I dropped my dog off, I felt reassured. The process was smooth, and even though I wasn't able to give the best description of what I wanted (since I'd been going to the same place for so long), they had photo examples on the wall that helped me explain the cut my dog usually gets. Ollie is quite shy and scared of many things, which always makes me anxious about taking him to new places. But when I picked him up, he seemed to be in good spirits, and he looked absolutely adorable. They even went above and beyond by giving him a little bandana! I'm not sure if that's something they do for all first-time visitors or if it was just a special touch, but it made the experience even sweeter. The best part? The day of his grooming was his birthday, and it felt like they knew he needed that little extra something to celebrate! Overall, Best in Show Grooming exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and TALENTED! I can't recommend them enough, especially since a handful of the reviews seem unnecessarily harsh. If you're looking for a grooming service that truly cares about your pet, this is the place to go.“
