“UPDATE: I took Milo back to puppy paws since the incident that first occurred. I have them a second chance and I’m glad I did. First off Mary did great with his groom, Milo looks great! Milo also came home feeling much less stressed than normal. Milo has a lot of anxiety around going to groomers so he gets very stressed out but today he was a bit better and he was able to mellow out sooner as well. I’m very happy with the service and I will continue taking Milo to Puppy Paws.

I want to give an update…I recently took my dog Milo to Puppy Paws and we had a very negative experience which I had previously posted about. The owner of puppy paws, Mary, ended up contacting me directly regarding the situation. She took the time to speak with me and hear me out and was genuine with an apology which I was very grateful for. We were able to work out a solution and make things right which I truly appreciate it. After speaking to Mary, I will be taking Milo back to Puppy Paws in the future and Mary will be grooming him. I believe in second chances and I believe Puppy Paws deserves that from me.“

My girl is “little Layla” and she loves seeing all of her friends here, including the staff. I am such a helicopter mom, but I know my girl is in such great hands here. Everyone is so beyond pleasant and kind. I keep a little peep on her from time to time when she’s in the Village Pup’s care and she always has a waggy tail. “Hands down my favorite spot for Mollie, my rescue dog! Moved here from Denver and so worried about changing things up for her. The team at The Grand Paw were so loving and kind - not to mention total professionals! Mollie loves it here and I can relax knowing she is in good hands! So attentive, aware, and you can tell the team loves working here! That says a lot! Mollie has occassional seizures and they are also experienced with dogs that may have special concerns. I feel so fortunate I found The Grand Paw and can't say enough good things about them. So happy our paths/paws crossed!“

“I brought my very anxious chiweenie in for a nail trim and warned the staff ahead of time that she can be extremely difficult. They immediately reassured me and told me to walk in anytime. Colton took her right away, and as expected, she put up quite a fight. She even ended up soiling herself—and the staff—during the process.

Despite that, everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They gave her a complimentary bath, treated her gently, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. She came back to me clean, calm, and with her nails trimmed perfectly short.

If you have a nervous or challenging dog, this is absolutely the place to go. They truly take the time to do things right and handle pets with compassion. Thank you, Colton, for going above and beyond.“
