“From the day my darling mom was put on this program it's I think from February from the admitting nurse to the people who are available 24/7 and the service is amazing!!!!! very very caring my mom's nusrse Ernesto is the best and I have had dealings with Tina Irina Josephina Melinda and of course Steven all have been so positive . They are giving me peace of mind during this time that we as a family are going through. The Doctor who spoke with us via phone before they came to see if mom was eligible was great .... I have no complaints at all. This company has given me peace of mind and I am so very grateful for them all they are very caring kind compassionate and have empathy which goes beyond the call of duty. Thank you all for the wonderful service you give not only to my darling mom but for all the patients who are taken care of by your company. eternally grateful God Bless You All...... Nethri Blok.......the delivery service is simply amazing if I need anything for mom all I do is make a phone call and I receive it the very next day I have never been so impressed even at night they deliver her medication and one saturday evening we needed help and nurse Sara I think her name was helpful in showing what we were doing incorrectly with her Oxygen machine which she needs . once again I cannot thank the entire staff for the wonderful service they provide to all their patients..... I forgot to mention Melinda and Claudia whom I have contact with over the phone along with Steven. I cannot be more grateful for all they do......“

Called Phil, he helped me with over-the-phone diagnosis, and recommended replacing one $59 part... a hand controler switch that had simply worn out after 30 years of pushing the buttons. He shipped the correct part, and now all is working great again. Maybe for another thirty years! Thanks to Electropedic for stocking parts for such an old bed, and thanks to Phil for great service.“

“They were incredible! Lucy who helped us changed her schedule so she could stay late getting our four kids treated and removed all eggs and lice. She was kind, professional, patient and hardworking to make sure we were all out of there quickly as possible. Our family is indebted to her because not only did she help us but she made everything seem like it was going to be okay. Another mom of 3 walked in the door at 9pm while we were there and instead of saying sorry we can’t help you, she called her employee to come back into work to look after her too! “This place was great with answering all questions regarding my uncle's care, I only have good things to say about this company. All the nurses were very caring and attentive. My uncle lives alone and his road to recovery was much greater with the people helping him. We had a CHHA as well that I know my uncle misses. Office staff were also great with informing me of everything that went along with my uncle. We love IHH, thank you for your service you guys are outstanding!“

I don’t know who wrote this review because I don’t know what Dependable Home Care is, and I don’t know who Oliver is either, my mother was at Las Casitas assisted living in Burbank there are no men working there, and this place is fabulous, I am going to review Las Casitas, I don’t know anything about Dependable Home Care!“

“People working here are amazing. They really take good care of their residents. Cooking fresh food and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. The residents are always clean as well as the rooms and bathrooms.“
