“I found some water damaged siding outside my kitchen sink area. A plumber said it was likely the sink drain, but because of the siding, it was beyond his capability. He recommended Debernardi. Debernardi responded quickly to my call and assessed the situation, agreeing with the plumber about the problem. They scheduled a repair in a few days, but had to delay due to a COVID watch limiting their personnel available. We rescheduled for the following week. A worker and Jeff, the owner, came on time (7:45am). We discussed the job, and I said do it for time at $134/hour and materials. The worker removed the siding, fixed the leak, replacing some plastic pipe, put on new siding and repainted (I had some exterior house paint), all by 2:30 pm. They did a fine job. Everyone from Bernardi knew what they were doing, and did what they said they would do.“

“Cardinal and a few other firms were recommended to us by my local insurance branch. We had water damage from a major storm this year and needed repairs to high-end home. Cardinal proved to be a professional team starting from the bid to scheduling through work completion. We had bids from other contractors but went with Cardinal due to an honest bid accepted by State Farm. After their work, everything looks like new, they matched our paint and texture, custom carpentry, etc. The crew cleaned up each night and moved back our furniture and reinstalled our fixtures. The work was complete in about two weeks. No surprises. Highly recommend.“

“I chose to work with Serrano Kitchen and Bath after visiting a friend and seeing her beautiful new kitchen. She had such a positive experience I chose to work with them. Immediately after I hired them we realized the cabinets I purchased with slide out drawers would not fit in the space. Tom and his team had to cut the prefab cabinets to work and then reconfigure the cabinets to make the slideouts work.

Since we had water damage six months earlier, we needed to go down to the studs in several places, replacing wallboard and pipes. He hired all the best contractors to help move the sink, redo all the electrical so the 1984 track home was up to code.

He creatively solved many unexpected problems and I was glad that I hired his team. Each of the contractors did great work and I'm pleased with the outcome.

His team and sub-contractors had to raise the ceiling and replace all the insulation, move the sink placement, redo all the electrical to bring the kitchen up to code, install new electrical box, replace the crown moulding in the eat-in kitchen and kitchen, new drywall, texture and paint, new baseboards, install and fix cabinets, fix existing flooring for new cabinet placement, new backsplash and countertops.

I found a backsplash I loved, but was still unsure of a countertop since I needed two slabs, but was leaning towards quartztite. Since I was on a strict budget, he suggested I check out his Granite and Marble contractor who had some pieces from a previous job that might work and I was able to purchase them. As a result I found an affordable solution that I love!

I was very pleased with the work done, and if I ever had a suggestion to improve, Tom was quick to have his team make the changes. Every day Tom's team left, they always tidied up which made me feel appreciated. Tom and his team always had a smile and great attitude on the job.

“TriValley Construction did an amazing job reframing our kitchen wall, replacing windows and adding a small porch covering with a shingled roof. Their work in demo, framing, roofing, stucco, drywall and painting was all impeccable. Steve even had them retexture a section that we could have lived with but he thought should be better! The crew was clean, friendly and efficient, and I gladly recommend them and would hire them again!“

Triangle Construction (Daniel & Christy Curtis) was incredibly responsive, transparent, honest, and thorough, all qualities that are surprisingly rare in this industry. He took the time to walk me through the process, answered all my (many!) questions with patience and clarity, and provided insights that made it clear he has deep expertise and a passion for doing things the right way.

One thing I really appreciated and that stood out was his bidding process. He explains line by line what you're getting from his work and the cost can go up or down depending on what actually happens. He puts cost in there to show you for budgeting purposes but is VERY clear about not charging you if it doesn't happen.

His professionalism, integrity, and clear communication gave me so much confidence. If you’re lucky enough to work with him, you're in excellent hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality work and a contractor who genuinely cares. If my timeline had been more flexible, I would have hired him in a heartbeat.
