“Dr. Caponio’s office is amazing! The staff at the front desk are so friendly and personable. During my first appointment, there was a physical examination done before seeing Dr. Caponio where I was able to ask some questions and calm some nerves about the Ring Dinger knowing that the doctors were aware of all of my physiological history. The person who conducted the exam was very patient and kind.

Dr. Caponio takes his time treating each area with a subluxation and always communicates each adjustment. I’ve been to his office three times, each time receiving the Ring Dinger. My pain went from an 8 to a 3 after the first Ring Dinger. After my second Ring Dinger, I noticed that part of my anxiety in getting the RD is the element of surprise. When I went in for my third, I communicated that to Dr. Caponio and we came up with a plan to allow me to have two full breaths, and then for him to make the adjustment on the third breath. It worked really well! It was super cool that I was able to have that kind of collaboration with my doctor. Goes to show the kind of human-forward practice this is!
