“In a word, "FANTASTIC!" Upon entering this office for the first time, the courteous and friendly staff greeted me as if I had been a patient for many years. When I provided the eyeglasses that I was wearing to the Office Manager ("Jennifer")--not only did she clean them--but she also repaired the broken earpiece that I had been told by my previous optometrist was "irreparable." Then a comprehensive eye examination was performed by several members of the office staff--including a digital scan of my eyes that allows a chronological database of eye health to be maintained over time. The final part of the exam was performed by Dr. Ruzicka himself--whose vast knowledge and experience in eye healthcare became apparent throughout the exam. Despite my numerous questions throughout the eye exam, Dr. Ruzicka patiently and candidly answered all the questions that I posed to him. After the exam, I met with another staff member who fitted me for eyeglasses--and the entire visit concluded with how it started--with "Jennifer" completing the eyeglass adjustment and completing the financial aspects of the office visit. In summary--Dr. Ruzicka's practice is a model for how all medical practices should operate--with professionalism and the utmost attention and care being provided to all clients who walk through the door to Dr. Ruzicka's office. (Aside: When I returned for another visit to pick-up my new eyeglasses--which were perfect(!)--"Jennifer" graciously fixed yet another broken pair I had at home!) “Kidisti Mariam O.D. is great. My husband and I went in to see her last week because he was having trouble with some glasses he had received from Kaiser. Two of Dr. Pham’s staff of 3 are new from a year ago. One who I have not met before let me in the office for my 9/25/24 appointment. She met me with a courteous, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. After I checked in, I was informed about a preliminary eye test that had to be performed before seeing the Optometrist. The same staff member performed the test, proficiently and swiftly, I might add. Then she advised me to have a seat and wait for my name to be called. In a few minutes, the Dr. was ready for me.

This appointment was without time wasted. I found the office staff to be professional, knowledgeable of what has to be done, and technically savvy that made for expeditious quality time, I liked the continuous dialogue that existed as it kept me informed of what to expect next. There were no delays with the processes of checking in and checking out, processing new prescriptions, making F/U appts., eye testing, and technicalities.
