My husband had a 9:00 eye test appointment and we arrived early, registered and sat in a he waiting room for 45 mins. When my husband inquired about why, the told him the testing machine wasn’t working! They made no effort to inform us of any problems! The staff was not concerned about our time! Dry bad customer service! Not the first time
Seriously need to make sure you have an hour or two to wait to be seen! Absolutely ridiculous they book appts with patients and make them wait so long knowing what their schedule looks like!
I'm giving it one star because of Dr. Lee. He was very nice and was the only person there that seemed to care about their patients. The only other thing I can say is, if you have other choices, pass on this one!!! I went to the Antioch office and this review is for that office only.
