We had a great experience with Alma at the vision center. She was very accommodating, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. As new patients, my husband and I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to help us find the right glasses and clearly explain our insurance coverage. She made everything easy and stress-free. This store has many affordable frame selections. Definitely worth check it out. The store can be busy at times but everyone is very helpful. Pack some patience. It’s not fair to take it out of the workers because everyone decides to come at the same time. The manager Mike is cool. You can tell he loves his job. The eye Dr next door is good too. But watch out even with appointment you will still wait after the walk ins. They seem to ignore appointments. It is worth to bring it up to the receptionist.
Great catch kate and great customer service
I went in simply for a adjustment in my glasses and Kate was quick to point out a large crack on the side of my frame which I would have never noticed probably until they broke. Thank you for your help
