“It is very convenient for me and my doctor (Dr. Niheu) is wonderful. Dr. Kalamaoka'anna Niheu has been wonderful. She cared for me when I had given up on myself. My asthma has gotten worse and worse each year. I have a host of other problems as well. She made sure I got the oxygen at my home that I needed. She also contacted family to let them know my condition and what they could do to help. I was referred to different pulmonologists until I found the one that was right for me. I was then put on a new medicine, DUPIXENT, which helped my asthma tremendously. I was complacent and tired in my own health condition. Dr. Niheu woke me up that I can live healthier (BETTER) each day . Thank you Doctor Niheu“

I got right into triage, saw a doctor and had lab work done within an hour. Although it turned out not to be something that was resolved during my visit, I felt like I was treated with compassion and skill by both the nurse and doctor. “The staff at Orinda Urgent care were amazing and so nice and very professional. I had cut my finger and need stitches. We arrived at 7:50 pm and they close at 8:00. They brought us in, took X-rays and the Dr stitched my finger. They were wonderful!!!!“

“Very pleased. Place was very clean, check in staff were very kind. The M.A was great and had an upbeat calming way, the Dr. was very thorough with her exam. She ordered an EKG & an X-Ray, breathing treatment and listened to before and after. The wait time for us being a walk in was max 20 minutes or so, so not bad at all. More than reasonable. Overall from the beginning to the cleanliness to the great medical staff. I’d happy recommend them. And I’m one that watches the little things-;)“

“What a great experience! I have been sick as a dog and needed to go to urgent care to get some relief from my symptoms. Everybody at the facility in Orinda was amazing, competent, caring, and thorough. I am highly impressed! Sauna, who was the person at the front desk was super helpful and clearly explained the process for me to see someone. I came in with a very bad cough and cold and because these could be signs of Covid, she explained that I needed to be seen outdoors by the staff. All I had to do is drive around to the back parking lot where they had set up tents for the staff to see the patients.. Stephanie was the intake nurse and she was great. And probably the biggest shout out should go to Dr. Bueno. He was super thorough and insisted I get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and wanted me to get a strep throat culture taken as well as Covid test. Within a very short time, all my tests were completed and the results came back. Dr. Bueno got me prescriptions to alleviate my symptoms. He is a fantastic doctor and was very reassuring that I would be on the road to recovery soon. Not that I wanna be sick, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Sutter urgent care in Orinda,.“

“Good except do not rely on them after 430. They do not take patients after this time. The closing time SHOULD BE UPDATED by GOOGLE to 4:30 PLEASE!!!! SOMEONE COULD DIE!“

“This is leagues above other health centers I’ve been to. Lots of resources available to the students, and there is always a sene of urgency to help. As far as health centers go, I don’t know how you could improve from here.“
