I checked out LuvPilates in Petaluma last weekend while in town - what a gem! The studio is intimate, with less than ten reformer machines and spotless. Liz, the owner who also instructs, led the class at a perfect pace and was so fun - she even had us laughing at times while working out. My experience left me wishing for a LuvPilates back home. Liz's studio is a must-try for anyone visiting or living in the area.

I love Luv Pilates. Liz is an incredible instructor. You can take a class as an absolute beginner, or have experience and have customized options within the class. She watches each student for form and makes the class really fun. You will leave uplifted but also be very sore the next day. Lily's classes are amazing too. She has an incredible amount of knowledge. There are hundreds of ways to use the Reformer, and she makes each class different, challenging and fun.

I am so happy to be doing Pilates at Luv Pilates in Petaluma. Liz , the owner, it an excellent Instructor and pays close attention to each individuals' needs and form while in the classes. I recommend taking the first class and see for yourself. Thanks Liz!
