“At CCHC nurse Ani at Dr. Airapetian office was absolutely amazing at her job, especially when it comes to drawing blood! Whenever I've had trouble with other nurses not being able to get my blood drawn, they always call on Ani, and she never fails to come to the rescue. I feel completely at ease and comfortable with Ani. Her patience and knowledge are truly impressive, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Ani is the kind of nurse you want by your side, making things happen with a smile. If you ever need to get your blood drawn, Ani is definitely the one you want taking care of you. “This post is strictly for Dr.Steinberg, my mom and I have been his patients for over ten years. He is thorough, and makes sure all my questions are answered and referrals are made. He calls me personally to go over any lab results, and follows up with me about my care at specialists. If it wasn't for him I would have not received medication for my autoimmune disease ( which is not covered under medical/ insurance). I would say the wait time has tremendously improved. I expect wait times to be long because he serves a big population, if you have medical you know there is usually a wait. My wait time went from 2hrs to about 40minutes. I will tell you, he is worth the wait. As far as office staff, I have seen many come and go, and these ladies work hard, sometimes only one girl is there. I have never had any problems with them. Overall, I keep coming back for Dr. Steinberg. He truly cares about his patients, and is always trying to improve customer service.“
