I have been coming here for years. And today was the WORST experience I've ever had. I got my blood work done and a Pap smear a week ago and requested a medication refill. I made an appointment that same week to receive my results. I go into the office today to find out the appointment was NEVER made. The front desk also told me I cannot be seen today because there is no more appointments till May 20... more than a month from today. The medication I also requested due to it being expired was never refilled. Which was why I also needed today's appointment. Really bad OBGYN office. I've been going here from the beginning of my pregnancy and I haven't even met my OB. I wait 45 minutes to get checked in, and they take 2 seconds to check on me and my baby. I ask them questions and they know nothing about it. I asked for the baby's weight and they say they don't know. Refused to sign my disability paper work without paying them 20 dollars. All for a signature. Never once met nor saw the actual OBGYN

Absolutely the worst but I had no option because thier appointments are all fully booked in all locations. When I went there in the morning the office was very small and packed with all pregnant women trying to get seats and some breastfeeding. I absolutely do not folate the system because I tried to prevent another miscarriage and I couldn't see the doctor because they had no available appointments. This clinic reminds me of free community clinic for pregnant women in my hometown country where everyone tries to go there because of insurance. Anyway the attitude of front desk lady was horrible.
