This clinic is amazing! Although I felt a lot of internal anxiety and stress from getting tested, the staff's kindness and compassion helped soothe those anxieties. :-) Most especially, the staff member who helped me get tested, Arlene! She was great at helping me fill out all of the paperwork, draw my blood, and run my tests -- all done with care and respect. All in all, this is an amazing clinic! If you'd like to ensure your sexual safety and you live in El Monte, this Planned Parenthood is best!

I genuinely really enjoyed my experience here. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The lobby was clean and rooms well maintained. The entire process was pretty quick (this was a slow day, so obviously some days may be busier) and simple. Cynthia, who helped me with what I came in for, was very very professional, helpful and extremely nice. I hope every planned parenthood I go to is this excellent. 10/10 experience.

Everybody here were so kind. They treated me really well and I felt very welcomed to be in this clinic. The service I got was an IUD. I felt a little cramping during the procedure, but it wasn't too bad. Thank you to Melody and Minerva.
