I've been training with Lanthony for a little over nine months now and have seen an amazing transformation over that time span. This is my first time body building and hitting the gym regularly to lift weights. Lanthony made sure I understood the equipment, exercises and he played close attention to my form throughout. He was able to provide a challenging workout while working around existing injuries. Lanthony is bringing the energy, dedication and passion for his craft every session and is keeping me motivated throughout.
Over the past 3 years, I have had the pleasure of training with Lanthony, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most dedicated trainers I have ever worked with. I got more... muscle-REAL FOOD Based nutrition, positive reinforcement and encouragement that has made this routine habit. Lanthony has an extensive background boots on the ground experience.
