I tried on a few different wigs and found one that matched my natural hair color. It was longer in length than I initially thought I wanted and Munjela said that could always be changed later. “When I was a Stanford student, I picked Jane because it was convenient and affordable. Now I travel 40 miles to see her because she's the best!I haven't gotten a haircut in 2 years because of the quarantine. My hair was so damaged. It had grown below my butt and was completely fried. I was looking for something I could afford on a student budget. It's almost impossible to find a decent hair stylist in California that charges less than $100 for just medium length hair. But Jane only charges $45 even though my hair is very very long. She was also conveniently located because I didn't have a car but I could take the Stanford shuttle for free to see her. She didn't have a lot of reviews at the time but the ones she had were glowing.Jane is an absolute hidden gem. She really took the time to listen to me and get it right exactly the way I wanted. She makes my hair look so healthy and beautiful. She's the only one I trust with my hair now. I moved away but I still travel by train to get my hair done by her because she is absolutely amazing and over the years, I'd say we also developed a friendship. It's fun to talk to her.Last time, I came to see her, she told me the pandemic has been pretty hard on the salon and students don't really come to see her anymore.
