“I highly recommend Appliance Repair Tech. I needed to repair my water dispenser in my fridge. I made a bunch of calls to several repair shops, ART was the only shop that picked up and scheduled an appointment for me. They came out quickly, figured out the issue with the dispenser. They came back out a few days after they got the part and fix my fridge! It’s hard to find a honest and small business that would take on “small” jobs nowadays. I am so glad that I found ART as my go to appliances repair tech.“

“I had an old heater replaced in my residence that was a Coleman vintage, at least 50 years old, that was settling off my Carbon Monoxide alarm. Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. They were respectful of my property and finished the work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend them highly if there is any work needed in the HVAC area. I related their excellent work to the property management, AMORE Real Estate Property Management.“

He was probably the owner.In short, he doesn't repair Samsung fridges but he was nice enough to offer a few tech recommendations and also gave me advice in what to do in the meantime before calling a tech. On top of that he even gave me fridge brand recommendations (KitchenAid, GE, Frigidaire) if I did need to replace this fridge.Avoid Samsung fridges since he was 1 out of 3 local technicians that dont touch Samsung. The only authorized tech that Samsung recommended is poorly reviewed.This guy has won me as a future customer and I appreciated how he took his time to explain things to me over the phone and answered my questions.“
