I called NorCal Refrigerator and Appliance Repair on the advice from a friend regarding our Bosch gas cooktop not lighting . Frank called me back very promptly and asked me if I had tried a few things that might be the problem. After I got off the phone with Frank I thought I would check a few things that he had suggested. I called Frank back and told him the reset button on the outlet next to the cooktop needed to be reset. Frank was so helpful and kind. I will definitely keep NorCal’s number and tell my other friends to give them a call if they need any appliance repairs. Thank you Frank!!
