“Called multiple groomers and no one had availability for a Saturday. I called pride 'n joy and they got me in same day right after my call. It was my baby's first time getting groomed so i was very nervous but as soon as I got there the staff seemed so happy and nice. There's good parking in the back and I picked my pup up in less then 2 years. Very efficient“

“Well let me just say that I was very satisfied when I picked up my soft & shiny Ponyo Pug Princess- BUT I do have to say it was a little tiny bit overpriced…. ? like for the amount I paid I would have liked some extra options like when I would take her to healthy spot they offer a “blueberry facial” [whatever that is] and she’s always wearing a fun little bandana or bows when I take her to bubbles pet spa in encino BUT I wanted to try a mobile grooming option this time and as far as I’m concerned I definitely got what I paid for - i.e. convenience of not having to leave my house except to walk out front and my pug Ponyo seemed to be very comfortable and not at all nervous or anxious….- since Ponyo is a very special pug and requires extra special care due to her* PTSP*[Or what I like to call]*POST TRAUMATIC STRESS PUG*(on account of her surviving being kidnapped and kept away from me for an entire year)So I appreciated the groomer being patient while I explained that and she took very special care of her, ponyo did not seem anxious or nervous at all when I picked her up so that was a great relief to be able to pick her up happy and playful not at all scared or showing signs of stress! Also want to say that the van being parked out front of my apartment complex caused both issues or complaints from other residents and I live on a very busy street so that also left me feeling like I can continue to schedule future grooming for ponyo! My pug has skin allergies and she had no adverse reactions to the products used. It was an overall lovely SPUG aka [SPOILED] PUGspa day experience!“

Unfortunately, this business is non-accommodating and maybe is Miss advertising that they do daycare I'm very well aware that the dog should have all his records and his rabies shots and everything that he has which I do have and I have everything up-to-date as of this morning. Today is Monday, 29 January I came to drop my dog off Who is 14 years old reason being my house is getting painted right now. I've been trying to drop him off for days but nobody calls back. No one returns phone calls or any kind of customer service here except that Alicia did call me back once I wrote this review, I have a 14 year old dog and they will not let him in daycare unless he passes a personality test Alicia tells me that the state loss says he must pass a personality test well I'm not sure about that and I'm gonna check on that because I just left another daycare which they were very happy to take him in and if you contact a customer and you want them to change the review, I would highly recommend you contact the customer with some kind of solution not just to reprimand them because you don't like the review it seems very condescending as well. Wishing you the best of luck just telling you this, so you can maybe update your website update your signs in your window that you do not take walk-ins and that you will not take a dog without a personal test which is not done every day but a certain day they have to come in to pass a personality test never heard of such a thing, but best of luck to you, if you're running a social club and only taking premium dogs costing over $10,000 you're in North Hollywood, there are many premium dogs but you're not a social club a doggy daycare or grooming which also was impossible to schedule an appointment and I don't see if there's any other dogs in thereI highly recommend you go to Rusty's and studio city on Ventura and Colfax“
