“Darryll came and measured 4 of my 80+ year old windows. 4-6 weeks later I had replica windows in Douglas Fir and laminated glass. On my request, they were nice enough to drop them off for me to paint before install, because it would have been difficult to paint after install. Darryll and Edgar installed them. Darryll the owner is kind (though he might not immediately give that vibe), detail oriented, comes on time, measures accurately, and has a good rapport with his employee. Highly recommend.“

“I am editing my review as Pella resolved the issue I was having. It took some time (due to materials shortages, everything is backed up) but they replaced my door with a beautiful door, just like it should have been from the start.
They were very professional and efficient.
The new door is perfect. I understand manufacturer errors happen at times and I am glad Pella resolved this issue and helped us get the door we should have had from the start.

My recommendation is to just reach out to Pella directly instead of dealing with Lowe’s (that’s a whole other story)
