“I contacted John at Glass Guru on a Saturday, and while listed as closed and anticipated leaving a message, I was pleasantly surprised by the call being answered, yee haw! I gave my information, and John responded the following Monday and came out to inspect my VERY old windows. John easily could have stressed a need to replace throughout home - he did not, and explained very honestly that most of the windows were still functional. He did find three failed, counseled me on the most functional, and cost effective, provided an estimate, I agreed, and in a matter of two days we scheduled replacement and installation. His crew was fabulous! Neat, quiet, respectful, communicative, and fast! I have had John do work for me in 2020 at my previous home, and his service and communication was and is top notch. So far I am very pleased, and highly recommend John at The Glass Guru. I will say a bit of sticker shock, but I have to consider the cost of everything these days, and for a sense of security , trust, and supporting a local business the cost is well worth it! “The gentleman that came was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly, left 0 mess and made some great recommendations on how to maintain our newly replaced sliding screen door. Did you know you're supposed to oil these things?! Overall, I'd definitely call them again and recommend them. The door is sturdy, looks good and none of the dogs have knocked it off, despite their best efforts.“
