Marvyn the driver had exceptional customer service. My sales representative Seth went above and beyond to get the correct design for my doors. Josefina was great coordinating delivery and communicating with me every step of the way by providing updates and product availability would defenetly recommend the Team at Pella.
My building power washed, which caused the sliding door screen to come loose from its frame. The man who came and fixed my screen was great! He was kind, fast, and thorough. He knew exactly how to repair it.
Tyler did a great job of explaining window replacement options, necessary specs and pricing. He is a good communicator and followed up on installment progress and final inspection. I have had Pella replacements for all my windows in my 1940 circa house without any issues in the past 15 years.
