My building power washed, which caused the sliding door screen to come loose from its frame. The man who came and fixed my screen was great! He was kind, fast, and thorough. He knew exactly how to repair it.
Tyler did a great job of explaining window replacement options, necessary specs and pricing. He is a good communicator and followed up on installment progress and final inspection. I have had Pella replacements for all my windows in my 1940 circa house without any issues in the past 15 years.
I am editing my review as Pella resolved the issue I was having. It took some time (due to materials shortages, everything is backed up) but they replaced my door with a beautiful door, just like it should have been from the start.
They were very professional and efficient.
The new door is perfect. I understand manufacturer errors happen at times and I am glad Pella resolved this issue and helped us get the door we should have had from the start.
My recommendation is to just reach out to Pella directly instead of dealing with Lowe’s (that’s a whole other story)
