5 stars No sales pressure of any kind when giving estimate like a lot of businesses do. Very personable, delightful and upfront. We chose to replace 9 windows. Went with the upgraded windows and love them! The other window manufacturer he uses are of great quality too, I just liked the even display throughout opening and closing of the window and the warranty. We also got stationary windows(so to speak) on each side of fireplace and a fire code window in the bedroom. Cost was not gouging and it was collected day of installment, after completion. The crew he sent out was so precise, clean and efficient! In and out within 8hrs. It does take a bit for order to arrive but that is no fault to Bestoff, that's just what it takes. Mr. Bestoff called as soon as the shipment arrived to their wharehouse and installed them in right away. Cost included haul away of existing windows. I googled windows and found him. I liked that he was an actual local, not an out-of-state business sending some company that's on a list from??? Thank you again for a job well done, Mr. Bestoff, Alex(crew lead) and crew!
