Darryll came and measured 4 of my 80+ year old windows. 4-6 weeks later I had replica windows in Douglas Fir and laminated glass. On my request, they were nice enough to drop them off for me to paint before install, because it would have been difficult to paint after install. Darryll and Edgar installed them. Darryll the owner is kind (though he might not immediately give that vibe), detail oriented, comes on time, measures accurately, and has a good rapport with his employee. Highly recommend.

I am recommending the Window Shop for a peculiar reason, because I chose not to use them. After I received an estimate for replacing six windows in my living room, I had tentatively decided to use them because it was the most reasonable estimate of the four contractors that I had contacted. I called the owner to ask if he thought replacing my old single pain windows with double pain ones would reduce the chill in the room given there is no insulation. Guess what he said. "Probably not. I'm going to speak to you man to man. Take your wife on a cruise with the $17,000 it will cost to replace the windows". Wow, an honest professional who stood to lose the contract.
