Very friendly staff. Sometimes there's a line out the door, but the staff works diligently to attend everyone. Very reasonable prices and excellent service for spay/neuter, vaccines and general care.

I came in from Redding (1.5 hours away) to have my three cats spayed on July 22. While the check in process took some time, staff made us aware that they were shorthanded. It genuinely seemed that everyone was doing their best. The spay procedure and associated fees had been discussed with me when I scheduled my appointment and were reviewed with me before dropping off my pets, along with explanations of mandatory costs and optional add ons. My dog Buddy contracted an infection. He had three bulging pus like cyst's. I was a walk in appointment. It took me three hours to be seen. They took him into the operation area. After a half hour the Veterinarian come out to advise me of the infection. Sh told me a couple of different sinarios. I then new knew where he picked it up. They put him on antibiotics. It is working but he threw I up the second and third day. He is used to it now. He's getting better. I'll leave a picture for where he got infection.
