First off the dentists chair isn't where I like to be. That said Dr Appel and his staff make my visit enjoyable. From the front desk to the staff in the back they are very accommodating and friendly. The assistants and Dr Appel are efficient & informative. They take the stress out of sitting in that chair. I highly recommend.
The staff is amazing, everyone from the front desk recipients to the hygenists to Dr. Appel himself is really nice and does their job so well. They do everything very comfortably and with so much less hassle and pain than ive ever had at any dentist. They even have neck pillows so you dont strain your neck at weird angles. They've thought of every last thing in terms of comfort and always go the extra mile. The quality of their work is amazing, and the way they do it is great. Absolutely knew he was my main dentist after the 1st trip.
Everyone is very kind and personable. Dr Appel was very professional and clear in his instructions. Very thorough.
