He arrived on time, got right to work, and was very clean and professional. Within a few hours, we were back up and running with a quality water heater and a tidy installation. The job went smoothly and quickly. What surprised me was that the price he quoted was the price I paid – no hidden fees or taxes. I was expecting a ballpark figure, as I'm used to those types of fees. It was refreshing to deal with an honest individual with an old-school work ethic.
