Called for a squeeze-in appointment as a first-time customer. I was running late and worried they would think I was a no show, so I called to let them know. I got there a minute or so late. I was welcomed warmly by Herman who had me cracking up almost immediately. He put me at ease and was very kind. He even had some cool techniques I’d never seen before and was very quick and professional in his trade.I had a death in my family, and called several other places in Chico and Oroville but no one else had time for me. Always amazing customer service, everyone that works here is awesome, best barber shop in Oroville, Don't forget to have Sunny do your wife's nails while your getting your haircut..

i've gone here since i was a little girl. the environment is always great and i love every one here! my hair always comes out nice and smooth, and i never leave here disappointed. i always think the pricing is moderate.
