The roofer identified that the original flat roof installation had inadequate drainage, which was causing pooling issues, and they provided a detailed explanation before replacing it with improved materials. This second opinion took longer than the first consultation but offered more comprehensive information and options for resolution.
After dealing with inconsistent results from a previous roofer, I was relieved when this technician identified a persistent leak source and had it repaired within a couple of hours. He took the time to explain the issue, which turned out to be improperly sealed flashing, something our last contractor overlooked entirely.
After doing some research, I decided to go with a metal roof for its durability and modern look, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. The team was punctual, arriving just before 8 AM, and they wasted no time getting started. Their attention to detail was evident, and they left the site spotless. The entire process was smooth and transparent, with clear communication throughout. I feel confident in my choice and couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend for a seamless experience!
