Tony was very polite and came early to clean the carpet in my 1 bedroom apartment. He was the same on the phone as in person. We called 4 people before making the decision to go with Gold Star Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery. We will definitely use him again!

This was our second time using Gold Star Carpet Cleaning. Not only are they professional, on time, and do an AMAZING job cleaning carpets, the owner is super kind and clearly cares about his customers. We had a financial crisis two days before our appointment, and since we are returning customers he was willing to work with our smaller budget and help us out. That meant so much!!!! I would recommend Gold Star to anyone who wants to support an awesome local business with owners who truly care about their customers.
