He provided a realistic estimate that was not a low-ball and we were able to add about 10% to have Kevin build and install custom cabinets.Kevin is a licensed cabinet maker and general contractor and he has a 7000 Sq foot workshop.We are extremely happy with the job Kevin performed to rebuild our kitchen. The cabinets he built provide much more storage space than the old cabinets and the stain finish on alder looks like a fine furniture finish, but durable. He uses the highest quality hardware and everything fits well and works great.He worked with us to design the cabinets and he provides excellent computer drawn design drawings that made it easy to visualize the final product and make changes as desired. With his experience he is able to make insightful suggestions.Working with Seib construction was a pleasure. “It was a pleasure working with Nader Iskander and his associates. We had our garage converted into an ADU. Nader was on top of everything. The whole project took less than 3 months. He designed the project as well as forsaw it from start to finish. We had 640 sq.ft. to work with and he made every square foot count. We ended up with a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath house. He included some great features like sensored exhaust fan and lighting in the bathroom. The shower doors are also awesome and a huge space saver. The kitchen cabinets are of great quality. He was always available to us for any questions or concerns we had. The process was smooth and even when unforeseen issues came up he addressed them right away. We are very grateful we found NDC.
