It definitely feels like hanging out in someone's cool loft apartment. Banter was friendly, positive, and slightly snarky. The second floor location is nicer than being in a window, it feels more exclusive. “I got a great haircut from Avery! I came to my appointment with a clear sense of what I wanted and a complete inability to effectively describe it, and Avery was able to make it happen. Their prices are super reasonable and we ended up having extra time so they gave me a wash and style at the end of my cut.The space itself is sort of whatever to me, but Avery did a great job giving me a look that worked with my hair texture and the aesthetic I was hoping for, and one that requires, as I want, very little to be done to it in the morning.
