I haven't gotten a haircut that wasn't done by Dan or Nora in years. They cultivate a chill environment that is welcoming and pleasant. The barbers here are the most personable and cool barbers I've ever received a haircut from, and honestly there have been many days where getting cleaned up after a long day of work is the highlight of my day. Despite the quality, it's never impossible to get an appointment if you book in advance some. The prices are reasonable for the level of service. If you live in Oakland, especially if this is walkable to you, you've got to give them a shot.
