I have been going to Angie for a while. After moving to Oakland I searched for a new go-to place to get my haircut and after trying many many places in the East Bay I finally found Angie at Royal Cuts. I have medium length hair and most barber shops just want to give you a fade, which I absolutely do not want, but Angie listened to what I wanted and gives me the haircut I ask for every time. Would recommend!
Welcoming staff and a great atmosphere. That said, it’s the haircut that matters and they deliver on that front. If you’re going to any other barber or hair stylist in the area, you’re wasting your time and money. These guys know their craft and are beyond professional. Sonia and Eduardo are my go-to stylists (even if it means traveling two counties to get to them).
I hate getting my hair cut, but needed to, and Jess gave me an absolutely perfect on the nose cut for my long layers. She totally shaped me up, gave me a fab shampoo and blowout job, and it was all under an hour. Great experience and sweet vibe in the salon. Sharing a next-day pic and still looks great.
