Monarch Deck Coatings

Monarch Deck Coatings, a locally owned and insured waterproofing contractor in Orange County since 2004, has established a strong reputation for providing high-quality services. They have served thousands of satisfied residential and commercial clients, including hotels, restaurants, universities, and property management companies. Monarch is a certified applicator for Life Specialty Coatings, Pacific Polymers & Polycoat, and all their work is backed by 5 to 10-year manufacturer warranties, with the option for extended warranties through their After Care & Maintenance Program.

One client chose Monarch after receiving bids from four different companies and was impressed with their professionalism, experience, and fair pricing. The client highly recommends Monarch's services. Another client had a great experience with Monarch, appreciating their flexibility in accommodating the client's contractors' schedule and the high-quality final result.

A third client hired Monarch to refinish two decks, one of which was worn and close to leaking. Monarch provided a fair estimate and completed the job within two and a half days, leaving the area clean. Although there were occasional delays when Robert, the supervisor, was not present, the client acknowledged the team's excellent work when supervised and was overall satisfied with the project's outcome.
