“Ok so I had Oscar of AC KINGS assist me in the past as he was highly recommended. Everything went well. Recently, I had an emergency with a tenant occupied sfr. The AC condenser went down. It was 96 degrees and they had a 15 month old baby. Not only did Oscar take my call but he juggled his busy schedule to take care of this. He was there working until 9pm with his crew the next night!
