We contacted them to have our tankless water heater serviced. This involved flushing the system to descale it. They also check the system for any problems. Scheduling the visit was efficient and easy. They called a few days to confirm and then on the day of the service sent a text when the rep was on his way. There is even a link to see where they are on a map. Robert and Jake (he was a trainee) arrived as scheduled. Robert told me they added water heater service about one year a go. The service was thorough and complete. Robert explained everything they were doing and briefed me on the condition of my water heater when they were done. There was no pressure to add any additional service or work. I was completely satisfied with the service call and will certainly call them again as needed.
Everything went really well and profesional! Our house was a 4 day job as initially communicated to us based on the assessment. The crew came in and communicated everything they did the whole time. Daniel O. was the main communicator which worked out well because I knew each day who would give me updates or who I could ask questions to. They arrived when they said, made me aware when they broke for lunch, and wrapped up for the day when they said they would. They completed the work in the time they stated they would and there were NO surprises because a complete assessment was done. Work and install was clean. Daniel, Blas, Robert R., Jose, Johnnie, and David P. all worked very clean, very professional and friendly! Now is house is nice and cool for the summer! Thanks crew! I will recommend Pacific Aire to everyone I know!
The team did a really great job! They communicated well with us and worked with us to give us an HVAC system within our budget. Cody, David, and Gustavo were super polite, especially since we have a "shoes off" household! Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for awesome service!
