I recently hired Jake and Camron from Ray's Heating and Cooling to fix our heater, and I couldn't be happier with the service. After getting quotes from three different companies, Ray's offered the most fair price. Jake and Camron not only did a great job fixing our heater, but they also went above and beyond what was expected. They made sure to address all necessary repairs and got our heater back up and running smoothly. Chris is awesome and always does the customer right. I have had my unit replaced 2 times, once in 2001 and recently last year along with maintenance and I have never been disappointed. Chris and his staff went above and beyond to not only give sound advice and recommendations but also outstanding customer service. There is no other HVAC company that I want to work on my house.

Rays Service has been around the block for a while, dating back in the 60’s it was owned by the actual Ray himself. When Bill came home from Vietnam he worked for Rays and purchased a part of the company starting Ray’s Service, Inc. in 1988. Chris, his stepson, came on board in 2005 wanting to apply his incredibly mechanical mind to an in-demand trade. His plans to purchase the business were cut short by Bills unfortunate diagnoses with cancer. Chris had proved to Bill that he was capable and willing to keep the company running and was willed Ray’s Service, Inc.
