I came in on short notice with a pretty big color change in mind and wasn’t sure how close we’d be able to get in one session. Quincy was really honest about what my hair could handle, but still worked with me to get as close to my silvery vision as possible. She took her time, was super careful with my hair, and the end result is sooo good. It still feels so soft and healthy, even after a lot of processing.
