We did wolf cut for my daughter which turned out great with Tony. We have done the same cut before with another famous salon near by which didn't turn out as expected. This one was perfect!! We also did regular hair cut for my son , she took extra time and care to give him
the best!
Editing my review, Tracy called me later that day and apologized said she was unwell that day which we totally understand. Maybe a phone call or text message would have helped in a smoother communication.
This review is for an appointment with Tracy. She rescheduled our appointment to a different day on the day of our appointment causing inconvenience to us- I had to change the pickup arrangement for my child all of sudden, This is unprofessional. Looks like she didn’t have enough customers to open the salon hence decided to rescheduled. Why would you have a website with appointment slots when you are not going to make it?.
I've been coming to Tracy for the last 13 years. She is the only person I trust bleaching my hair every three months without drying it out or burning it. She really takes her time and effort into taking care of my hair. She also suggests steps to keep my hair as healthy as possible. Not only does she take time to care for me, it is always a blast conversating with her. Every time I walk out of her salon, my hair looks flawless.
