She knew the importance of getting me in fast so my nerves wouldn't fall asleep completely. Lucy made me feel so comfortable and took GREAT care of me. The room was perfectly set up and I always felt relaxed. Lucy always took her time with me , I never felt like she rushed taking care of me. I had Bell's palsy when I was 12 and it took me 6 months to recover. I had Bell's palsy again in November and with Lucy's help I was recovered in two months.
