I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for service this good. Dale was prompt, professional, friendly, and the carpet cleaning price was very fair. I really wish I had found this carpet cleaning service sooner. He did an excellent job deep cleaning our carpets, and the pet odor that had been trapped in the fibers was gone soon after the service was finished. After just a few hours of drying time, the whole house felt fresh, clean, and renewed. The cleaning products left a pleasant, light scent without being too strong, which made the rooms feel even better. zachary called ahead to let me know he was on the way for the carpet cleaning. When he arrived, he checked the carpeted areas, looked over the stained spots, brought in his equipment, and started with a good pretreatment. He cleaned two main areas, helped move larger furniture, cleaned the stairs, finished the rest of the room, and gave the high traffic doorway extra attention. He also applied carpet protectant. zachary was friendly, courteous, and informative, and he clearly took pride in his work.
