“FABULOUS class with Nancy! I was in town for a few days and decided to sign up for a Pilates class with Pilates Napa Valley. Nancy was a pleasure- I loved the exercises, the flow, and most importantly, the instruction Nancy gave. She suggested minor adjustments that allowed me to feel the movements better and gave me a killer workout. If I lived in Napa, this would be my studio!
