“This place rocks. I came in not really knowing what to expect from Lagree, and im totally sold now, the machines are really high quality and it works muscles I forgot I had. Lori the instructor was super helpful in explaining the form, I honestly would've just flailed around without her, she was patient and we were definately working up a sweat within the first ten minutes. The studio itself is clean and has a good energy, it wasn't too crowded when I went so that was nice. On thing though the music was a bit loud for my liking and it made it kinda hard to hear her cues over the mic, I wouldve liked it like 10% lower. Parking is super easy right out front with no drama. Will be coming back for sure, hoping they add some morning classes so I can fit it in more often.”
