I really enjoy my pilates. Started last year July .Private session several months and semi private several months and group pilates 3 times per week unlimitedprogram thesedays.Ashley In Murrieta receptionist so kind to help registered and all instructors are kind and passions to teach every sessions.I will keep to learn and make good shape my body.Fun every time.I want to update review. I've been doing Pilates coming up on 2 years next month. I'm 55+ and wanted something different than your average gym workout and decided to try Pilates. I loveeeee it and it has become part of my lifestyle at this point. All the ladies are amazing starting with Ashley and all the ladies at the front desk and all the instructors I have encountered (Mimi, Kelsey, Jessica, Doh and of course my kick butt Jenna (at another location now) )! If you're looking to increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, improve your balance and posture this is the place to be. Stick with it even when your body is soooo sore you'll love the results and you won't regret it!

Joining Club Pilates is one of the best decisions I have ever made. 1 1/2 years in and I'm stronger, leaner, and have better balance! Who knew at 60 I'd find my jam!! All the gals are welcoming and somehow they make exercise fun!
