This studio is the best. I Was introduced to Pilates when I purchased a special deal off the internet. Janice walked me through every move and since then I've been hooked. This studio and it's benefits are priceless, it’s practically like having a personal trainer watching your every move. My body has completely changed with Janice. She really focuses on your movements, your body, your structure. I travel often and have been to several other studios, hands down, The Studio is my favorite. Amazing workouts every single time. Fantastic teacher always helping keep an eye on your form and encouraging you. Workouts are always changing and challenging. Scheduling is easy. Classes are enjoyable AND effective. Love coming here!
