“I was out of town with my dog when he suddenly had a change in condition, and I decided to bring him here, so glad I did. I was initially hesitant about going to a new vet and worried about being charged for unnecessary treatments, but this ended up being a great experience from start to finish.
I called last minute and was able to get a same day appointment within 30 minutes. The online intake form was quick and easy to complete. I was greeted promptly when entering and waited in the lobby for maybe two minutes before being seen by both the vet tech and the veterinarian.
The staff were professional, kind, and efficient. Noey, the vet tech, kept the visit friendly and handled my dog with genuine care. The doctor was down-to-earth, straightforward, and transparent with no pressure for unnecessary labs or workups. My dog was treated promptly and sent home with medication the same day.

“I am so happy to have found this place and Nathalie! Nathalie is a certified dog trainer who uses positive reinforcement methods. My labrador, Sammie, has taken Manners 2, 3 and 4 here. Each day I learned new things about dog behavior and discovered new ways to build my confidence, while developing a stronger relationship with my pup. Recently, we faced our biggest challenge in Manners 4, which involved taking our dogs through a very busy park past other walking and running dogs, a noisy dog park, ducks, geese, bikes and runners whizzing by, a narrow walkway, a bridge over a river and noisy freeway. Nathalie told what we might encounter, and provided skills for walking our dogs on narrow paths, and timing for reinforcement. Every session became easier, and by the final session, Sammie and I were both relaxed during our walk and we earned the Urban Canine Good Citizen certificate. Sammie is learning appropriate play and manners in day camp on "Retriever Tuesdays." Sammie loves going, and is ready to sleep when she gets to the car. Her stays and recalls have improved, too! Plus, I love the videos and photos that I receive. Many of the dogs in day camp have been with Nathalie since they were puppies. “Dr. Greenspan, Olivia and Team are an absolute delight! I have had guinea pigs for over 10 years and this is my go to place for regular checkups physicals and emergency visits. Dr. Greenspan has had guinea pigs herself and has first hand experience on how to provide next level medical service so that my baby always gets what she needs and I leave feeling heard!! I am the helicopter mom of helicopter moms and I have vetted a lot of places in the Bay Area ( Especially for Exotics) and I don’t care if I have to drive over an hour and a half to get to this clinic I will because the care is exceptional“

“Recently transferred to this clinic, they were able to schedule an appointment for my dog the next day. Staff was nice. Our appointment went very well, and on schedule.“

“I was a client in 2024. Today I submitted an appointment request via the website during business hours and the website stated to expect a call in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I texted the line that I communicated with in 2024 to follow up. With no response from that, I tried calling twice, but both times the call dropped right away after one ring. I saw something about Google Fi on the screen so it seems like they are using a call screening service that blocks my calls each time. This is an unacceptable situation when no form of communication is possible to request urgent care for an existing client.

Edit: I read the response and appreciated the explanation. I received a call from the clinic at 4:36pm asking what time my appointment for today was scheduled for because their system was having so many issues that the appointment did not save. Even though I was apprehensive, the clinic remained professional and pleasant and explained that there have been technical issues. Thank you for trying your best in spite of challenges.“
