Petco Dog Training

When I arrived at Petco to pick up an order that a relative placed, I was told that they didn't actually have the items (a certain type of Hill's dog food) in stock. The sales associate said it might be in a pile of items that hadn't been shelved yet, but I couldn't find it, or two other alternatives there. They didn't have them the next day, either, nor did they have the treats we were looking for. The sales associates are nice, but I wouldn't count on finding what you're looking for here.

Big Shout out to Nathan and Michelle. Placed an order online so I don't have to deal with the holiday traffic with everyone out shopping and what not. I got home an realized the food was expired which I did not know. Walked in and Michelle was glad to help me. I walked over and I couldn't find the same size bag I had purchased online. I must of bought the last one. Nathan was called over due to the line of customers growing and he made the transaction for a different bag a alot smoother than I expected. I know it's the holidays and I try not to be a pain but both of these employees handled the situation with a smile and made sure everyone was happy at the end.

I don't very often visit this store since already prices are insane and everything is extremely overpriced, however, I brought in my dog for grooming. I asked them to give her a buzz since her hair is curly and it tends to get tangled quite easily if not brushed daily. After a couple hours when I brought her back home she started moving her head weird. I'm unsure of what they put in her ears but i'm going to now have to make a visit to the vet for my dogs ear infection she got here.
