“So far, so good. We dropped off our pup there for her first overnight stay since they are close to our house.

The staff was friendly, and everything went smooth. Not to mention, their daycare and over night stays are reasonably priced.

The only feedback I'd give is that they should charge/allow after hours pick-up because it's hard to be back by 3:30 otherwise you're forced to pick up the next day.

That said, I would gladly pay an extra fee for a later pickup around 7pm or so because getting home from anywhere in the bay area and beyond takes times, but could also become an additional revenue stream for the facility since people are there anyway.“

“After trying different trainers and training methods for our 5 year old Doxie. We reached out to Lori as almost a last resort since nothing seemed to work. We did the board and train and they helped him find his confidence he had lost after being attacked by a bigger dog. His anxiety had always improved. He can still be stubborn at times but that’s more the breed than anything. Overall we are happy with the results we have seen since bringing him back home. We would highly recommend Lori to anyone struggling with their pup. She can help!“

“We've had such an amazing experience with Orion Dog Training! Simba recently cleared his AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test, completed the doggie etiquette class and is so good with his 'Place' command.

The trainer Dieuwke is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and genuinely passionate about helping dogs succeed while building confidence in both dogs and handlers. Every class is structured, encouraging and so much fun.

What we appreciate most is how positive and supportive the environment is. We are still experiencing the enthusiasm and drive with Beginner Agility, Beginner Nosework and Lost Items Recovery NASDA classes and keep looking forward to learning every week.

“I was out of town with my dog when he suddenly had a change in condition, and I decided to bring him here, so glad I did. I was initially hesitant about going to a new vet and worried about being charged for unnecessary treatments, but this ended up being a great experience from start to finish.
I called last minute and was able to get a same day appointment within 30 minutes. The online intake form was quick and easy to complete. I was greeted promptly when entering and waited in the lobby for maybe two minutes before being seen by both the vet tech and the veterinarian.
The staff were professional, kind, and efficient. Noey, the vet tech, kept the visit friendly and handled my dog with genuine care. The doctor was down-to-earth, straightforward, and transparent with no pressure for unnecessary labs or workups. My dog was treated promptly and sent home with medication the same day.
The appointment was simple, quick, and honest. I will definitely be coming back.“

“I can't speak highly enough about my experience taking my 9-week-old puppy Klondike to South Bay Dog Training. I participated in PuppyGarten 1 and Puppy socials.

PuppyGarten 1 was a great experience for both me and Klondike - Kimberly is a great instructor and walked the class through the basics (it is said you're training the owners, not the dogs, and I needed a refresher after 6 years since raising my last puppy :) !). Klondike made great progress during the course and got to have some critical socialization with other puppies.

Thursday Puppy Socials were also a godsend. Klondike got training, play, and perhaps most importantly, came home TIRED. Kimberly was a great communicator throughout, and the difference in Klondike's behavior and manners was noticeable after just 1 month.

“My dog is a patient of Dr Hedden and when my dog was not herself, we called central animal hospital and were able to get her in for an appointment the next day (they actually had a cancellation and could have seen her that day, but we were not available at the time to bring her in) Although I had suspicions she (my dog) had something caught in her throat, over the phone the symptoms I described made the doctor think it could possibly be kennel cough, but after bringing her in and upon further assessment, Dr Hedden was concerned it was something more and wanted to have lab work, and XRay for further evaluation and diagnosis. Because she had not eaten or drank over the past day+, she was showing signs of dehydration and needed IV fluids as well. She was “hospitalized” for the morning and afternoon with the previously mentioned tests and IV fluids and results came back with pancreatitis. She’s now home with us, still not fully recovered (this all took place on Monday/Tuesday, and it is now Thursday), but at least she is excited for walks again, eating/drinking, and pooping! Her energy levels are still low, but she is still going through her course of GI meds and anti-nausea meds. I’m so grateful for the staff and doctors who took care of my dog with prompt treatment and with the wonderful care they provided!“

“Had my three dogs bathed and nails done and my big German Shepard's hair clipped because he has TONS of hair! They looked so cute with matching leopard bandanas! The prices are significantly lower than any of the other grooming shops in the area!“

“I go to this Petco on Meridian, as well as the store on Blossom Hill Rd. when I need supplies for my five cats. I usually order 10-11lbs. of dry cat food online and pickup in the store, since there's a discount for doing it that way. I also have an online subscription for a case of wet cat food shipped to my house every 6 weeks. Stores are clean and there's usually someone around if I ever do need help, but that's infrequent.“

“I’ve been working with Mike since the early 90’s! I’ve trained four dogs, and one in particular was as difficult as they come. Without failure, we’ve had fantastic outcomes. Pro tip: Try a mix of group and private classes. We’ve had very high goals, in particular, solid off-leash control and the ability to take the dog virtually everywhere. “Our two dogs get very excited when we pull up to Dr. Dave's. We primarily use the place for multiple overnight stays for our two dogs. When we pick them up, they are healthy, no injuries, and correct weight. The folks there are good about giving scheduled medication. The prices are reasonable, especially when vouchers for overnight stays are purchased a couple dozen at a time.“

“We recently picked up our puppy after her 35-day Board & Train program at RFRD Academy, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. This is actually our second dog to go through their program—the first was back in 2020—and the results have been just as impressive.

Both of our dogs came home more disciplined, more confident, and with a much better understanding of their commands. One thing I appreciate is that RFRD Academy sets realistic expectations. The training doesn't end when your dog comes home. It still takes consistency and follow-through from us as owners, but they give you the foundation and tools needed for long-term success.

She answered all our questions, provided great information about each type of hamster, and gave us valuable insight into what bringing home a new hamster would entail. “Snoopy had his first grooming appointment today, and we are extremely pleased with how it went. Crystal did an excellent job, and the other employees were all so friendly.“

“I was a client in 2024. Today I submitted an appointment request via the website during business hours and the website stated to expect a call in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I texted the line that I communicated with in 2024 to follow up. With no response from that, I tried calling twice, but both times the call dropped right away after one ring. I saw something about Google Fi on the screen so it seems like they are using a call screening service that blocks my calls each time. This is an unacceptable situation when no form of communication is possible to request urgent care for an existing client.

Edit: I read the response and appreciated the explanation. I received a call from the clinic at 4:36pm asking what time my appointment for today was scheduled for because their system was having so many issues that the appointment did not save. Even though I was apprehensive, the clinic remained professional and pleasant and explained that there have been technical issues. Thank you for trying your best in spite of challenges.“
