“I would just like to share my experience with the group at Custom-K9 I started taking my dog Pepper there back in April of 2026 he was very much the puppy - jumping on people, nipping at your hands, and just being an out of control puppy. After the first few sessions with the trainer Jeff, Pepper showed immediate improvement, he stopped jumping and was able to do simple commands sit, stay, and come. When I felt like he wasn't progressing like I thought he should Beckie would take the time to talk to us and explain the things they were doing and let me know that everything would work out. Jeff even takes time to come to your house and work with you and your family on commands so you get comfortable working with your dog. Well it's been over two months now and Pepper is the dog I have always wanted him to be, Pepper is much happier now and so is the rest of my family!

“This is located in the Bridgepointe Shopping Center so there is plenty of parking, I always do an online curbside pick up at this location. They 90% of the time have the kibble and treats that I get for my dog which is great since I experience stock issues at other Petco locations. I call and park out front and the staff brings my order out and places it in my trunk. I also love that they provide a discount online with this option. I would recommend this location.“
