Pedro came on time, not only quickly created a new key with working remote but also got all my backup keys working. Not sure why the O'Reilly batteries didn't work, but I wasn't charged extra for the backup key repairs. And he came right to where I was. One of my Chevy Bolt Key Fobs had stopped working after putting it through the wash- they took a look and were able to figure out the fix in less than 10 minutes. What's even better is that it cost close to nothing compared to having to buy a whole new key from the dealer.

He also pointed out all of the components on the board he had repaired, and was methodical about how he took the TV apart and then tested it and then put it back together. And even though the keys lack the same look as original, they still work when inserted into the lock. So feedback or Help Q&A, which I couldn’t locate in KeyMe box, should add a statement “additional keys made with premium upgrade may look different from your original, and will operate like your original key.”“
